with it every week never fails ...


filled with facts in a different way according to the desires of the moment,


prosciutto and mozzarella,


ham and provolone,


sausages and friarielli,


eggplant fillets with tomato and mozzarella,


all filled with delicious,


Saturday was the turn of the ham and mozzarella ....

... well ?????

Plazma Tv Reliability

a'scapece zucchini, a very simple and tasty side dish,

need of beautiful fresh zucchini,

plenty of oil for frying,

garlic, olive oil, salt

vinegar and fresh mint,

wash, dry and cut the zucchini into rounds and




fry them in abundant hot oil,



put them on a plate and season with

vinegar, extra oil, salt and chopped garlic

and mint,

in this case I used the dry because I did not find the fresh,

that it would be preferable for the aroma and flavor that makes the pot ....

... now I have little time for cooking, but that will never run every week and homemade pizza with Pizza Express, I megalomaniac but honestly the only good pizza to be had here where dress, .... is this: Small-P ... I !!!!! ahahah
yet it is a simple one, made with only ingrdienti which must be done in the pizza ...
flour for pizza
water
salt and yeast,
blended peeled tomatoes, condiment
mozzarella cheese or well-drained,
olive oil and salt, then one essential ingredient ...
passion for good food and love you put into cooking for your loved ones
.......
what you ask for??

Busty Milena Velba Airport Security

tiramisu sponge ....

I often do because I really like this cake, it should be a sponge cake, I always use a recipe for Anna Moroni, do not ever cheat on me and I will always be a perfect sponge cake,
ingredients for the PDS:
4 eggs, sugar
150, 150
flour, vanilla, yeast (optional)
whisk the eggs with sugar until they are foamy
(at least 10-15 minutes)
mix gently with a wooden spoon the flour (and vanilla) sieving, (if you add Sift together the baking powder to flour)



in preheated oven until it is cooked (usually 40 minutes, cmq do the toothpick test)
meanwhile PDS to cool the cream, I always do this because it is very good plus there are no eggs, stir mascarpone
(500gr.) with a tube and a half of milk condensed
I cut the pds in 2 and wet the surface with plenty of coffee, put half cream and sprinkled with cocoa powder (I use the fair trade to me is the best) I leaned over the other half of RP and with the remaining wet coffee, spread the remaining cream



sprinkle with plenty of cocoa and refrigerate to firm up a bit


here's the interior is very good .......

(I have changed)

200gr. Sift flour with 160 of sugar, a pinch of salt, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 3 eggs (beaten separately) and combined with dust,

90gr. melted butter and cold + 70g. grape seed oil (or vegetable oil), vanilla essence,

mix in a bowl (I used blender but only a wooden spoon)
and put in a roasting pan with baking paper wetted and squeezed,

in preheated oven for about 35 minutes (toothpick test)

then that the base is baked in the oven
when the cake is cold cut into 2 in the horizontal direction,
fill with the cream well chilled but not cold
and cover with the other half

(does not matter because the edges are cut) put the supoeriore part of the tart and cut off the edges align, cut into many rectangles and sprinkle with powdered sugar

cut white card stock (ordinary sheets bristol) to make the trays that hold up the snacks







with my beloved sigillasacchetti I have sealed one by one to use as snacks

here and here is ready to make a ..... his duty ..... ihihihih

cream very easy and good, to be used as a filling for cakes, pies etc..

I used the cream UHT (ie production) of 'AUCHAN

in a saucepan pour gr. 20 of 60 corn starch and honey
(you can also use powdered sugar and flavored with vanilla)
this I used the honey


wire and put the cream always turn to avoid lumps,
simmer continuing to mix, bring up increasingly turning to a boil
and cool stirring often,
cream is very good:-P

with this cream I've filled the tarts paradise .....
